Kashi Prayagraj Ayodhya Yatra
A relaxed 5-day pilgrimage through Varanasi, the Sangam at Prayagraj and Rama's Ayodhya
5 days, from Varanasi, from ₹19,999 per person
The Kashi Prayagraj Ayodhya Yatra is a five-day pilgrimage across three of Uttar Pradesh's most sacred cities. It begins in Varanasi, the city of Shiva, moves to the Triveni Sangam at Prayagraj where the Ganga and Yamuna meet, and ends in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Rama.
The journey covers Kashi Vishwanath, Annapurna Devi, Kal Bhairav, Sankat Mochan and the evening Ganga Aarti in Varanasi, the Triveni Sangam, Akshayavat and Bade Hanuman Mandir in Prayagraj, and Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Treta Ke Thakur, Dashrath Mahal, Sita Ki Rasoi and the Saryu aarti in Ayodhya.
The yatra starts at Varanasi airport or station and ends at Ayodhya airport or station, with two nights in Varanasi and one each in Prayagraj and Ayodhya. It keeps to a few stops a day with a free evening, so it suits families, elders and devotees who want a meaningful pilgrimage without a rush. Optional add-ons include Rudrabhishek puja, Sugam darshan assistance, ancestral rites at the Sangam and a half-day visit to Sarnath.
Spiritual significance
- Varanasi is the ancient city of Kashi, where Shiva is worshipped at Kashi Vishwanath, and it is counted among the seven sacred cities (Sapta Puri).
- Prayagraj's Triveni Sangam, where the Ganga and Yamuna meet with the mythical Saraswati, is believed to wash away sins, and it hosts the Kumbh Mela.
- Ayodhya is Rama's birthplace, with the Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan and the ghats of the Saryu.
- The route links three great traditions in one journey: Shiva in Kashi, the sacred rivers at Prayag and Rama in Ayodhya.
- A slow pace, with a free evening each day, helps travellers focus on prayer and reflection instead of hurrying.
